RETURN POLICY
QB Pocket Passer accepts returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
- The product must be returned within 15 days of purchase
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging and box
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested and obtained before returning the product
To initiate a return, email info@qbpocketpasser.com to request a Return Authorization. Once issued, the product must be returned within 15 days of the RA issuance. RA numbers expire 30 days after issuance.
Refund Terms:
- Full refunds will be issued minus credit card processing fees and freight charges
- All refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected
Customer Responsibility:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival
Restocking & Condition Fees:
- A 25% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returned items. No fee will be applied for exchanges, i.e. changing apparel sizes
- Credit or refund amounts may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item
- Customers will be notified if any deductions are applied due to product condition
Additional Processing Fees:
- Packages that arrive without the RA Number clearly written on the box or packing slip are subject to an additional 15% processing fee
