QB Pocket Passer – Return Policy

At QB Pocket Passer, we are committed to providing athletes and coaches with high-quality sporting equipment they can rely on. Our Warranty & Returns Policy is designed to support our customers while maintaining clarity and fairness in the handling of claims and returns.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

QB Pocket Passer accepts returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • The product must be returned within 15 days of purchase
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging and box
  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested and obtained before returning the product

To initiate a return, email info@qbpocketpasser.com to request a Return Authorization. Once issued, the product must be returned within 15 days of the RA issuance. RA numbers expire 30 days after issuance.

Refund Terms:

  • Full refunds will be issued minus credit card processing fees and freight charges
  • All refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected

Customer Responsibility:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival

Restocking & Condition Fees:

  • A 25% Restocking Fee applies to items not returned in original packaging or box
  • A 25% fee also applies to products that are returned used or damaged
  • Credit or refund amounts may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item
  • Customers will be notified if any deductions are applied due to product condition

Additional Processing Fees:

  • Packages that arrive without the RA Number clearly written on the box or packing slip are subject to an additional 15% processing fee
